The apartment is located in a historic apartment building dating back to 1648 and was extensively renovated in 2019. Great care was taken to preserve its historic character while combining it with modern comforts. With 77 m² of living space, the apartment offers a traditional Swiss stone pine living room, a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, and a sunny balcony – a cosy retreat for your holiday in Pontresina.

Throughout your stay, you will enjoy an apartment furnished with great attention to detail. The bright and spacious rooms offer beautiful views of the surrounding mountains through the large windows. The cosy Swiss stone pine living room is the perfect place to unwind and relax. In the open-plan kitchen and living area, with its inviting dining space, Swiss stone pine corner bench and direct access to the balcony, you can enjoy cooking and dining together before winding down at the end of the day.

The peaceful and spacious bedroom, featuring light spruce panelling on the ceiling and walls, ensures restful nights. Carefully selected decorative details and paintings by the artist Otto Kober give the apartment a unique and personal atmosphere.

The sunny balcony is the perfect place to enjoy the tranquillity and fresh mountain air of the Engadine. During the snow-free months, you can also make use of a shared garden seating area – ideal for relaxing outdoors and enjoying peaceful moments in nature.

Our holiday apartment is situated in an elevated position on the edge of the historic hamlet of Giarsun in Pontresina, directly adjacent to agricultural land and yet very close to the village centre. Restaurants, a grocery store, bakery, boutiques and a bus stop are all within easy walking distance.

The Engadine offers a wide variety of activities throughout the year. In summer, numerous hiking trails, mountain railways, lakes and mountain bike routes invite you to explore the region's unique landscape. In winter, you can enjoy nearby ski areas, cross-country skiing trails and beautiful winter hiking paths.

Cultural experiences, excursions on the Rhaetian Railway and romantic horse-drawn carriage rides also make the region around Pontresina a wonderfully diverse holiday destination.
